Riccardo Serrini

Riccardo joined Prelios Group in December 2011, acting as General Manager of the SGR. In May 2013 he has been appointed CEO of Prelios Credit Servicing, the NPL platform.
22 years of working experience, of which 15 years in the real estate finance industry.
He completed, acting as CEO, the turnaround and the private placement of Zero SGR in 2011.
Before he was CEO and Chairman of ING Real Estate Investment Management SGR, Fund Director of the Italian Retail Fund and in charge for business development.
From 2005 to 2008 he was responsible for the Real Estate Transaction Group at Morgan Stanley Bank and previously Global Head of Real Estate Structured Lending at Intesa Sanpaolo.
Riccardo has originated, structured, distributed and managed more than €12bln of debt, quasi equity and equity transactions, real estate securitizations (CMBS/RMBS) and non performing loan acquisitions.
Riccardo holds a degree in business administration and finance from Bocconi University in Milan.
