Raphaël Rietema

Raphael Rietema is director in the EMEA Strategy & Research team within CBRE Global Investors. In this capacity, Raphael is covering the Dutch property market and serves as European office sector specialist. He is responsible for thought leadership on European offices and articulating CBRE Global Investors’ house view to its clients.
Raphael joined CBRE Global Investors in 2019. Prior to this, Raphael held multiple positions at CBRE’s advisory business based in the Netherlands, including most recently leading EMEA Capital Markets Research. At CBRE, he advised clients with capital from various geographies globally on their investment strategies by translating market knowledge into investment decisions. Raphael worked alongside deal teams on direct investments, equity placements and debt & structured finance.
Raphael holds a Master’s degree in Economic Geography from Utrecht University and spent time studying in Asia.
