Pierre-David has joined CBRE Global Investors (formerly ING REIM) in March 2009 from Aberdeen Property Investors France (previously Goodman Property Investors), a company he has set up in Paris in 2005 for Arlington Securities.
He held the position of Head of Funds Management France and Country Manager.
In his position he acted as portfolio manager for a Nordics separate account, building up a 12 asset portfolio (offices and industrial) with a defensive strategy in France.
Pierre-David has been appointed Fund Director of EIF and LPFE. Prior to that, he was Fund Manager in Ixis AEW of the Logistics 1 fund, a major French logistic fund and held several positions at GE Capital UIS and Deutsche Bank.
Pierre David has 20 years of experience in real estate and 17 years in logistics property.
Pierre-David hold a Master in Real Estate from Paris I Sorbonne University and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and a Master in Law from University Paris II (Panthéon).
He is a Chartered Surveyor MRICS.
