Philippa Gill
Partner, Real Estate, Verdextra
Philippa joined Verdextra in 2015 where she heads the Real Estate group. She has over 15 years’ experience in private equity and real estate, and has first-hand experience across the property life cycle.
Currently, Philippa is leading a number of projects focusing on health & wellbeing within the built environment.
Prior to joining Verdextra, she was global co-head of sustainability at Tishman Speyer and has also managed transformation, construction and software projects. She has significant client-side experience, and has worked for some of the largest private equity companies in the world.
Philippa is a graduate of Clare College, Cambridge and speaks French, Spanish and German in addition to her native English.
