Phil Tily

Phil is the UK and Ireland Managing Director at IPD, responsible for all of the UK and Ireland investment services, central to which is the development of the core portfolio analysis services (PAS) and meeting all clients’ performance measurement, risk analysis and benchmarking requirements. Phil was educated at the University of London where he obtained a BSc in Geography. During his nearly two decades at IPD, Phil has played a key role in its international development; he was central to establishing services in Ireland, South Africa and Canada and more recently took the lead role in providing UK support to local operations in Australia.
