Phil Redding

Phil is an equity partner at Tritax Group and CEO for Tritax EuroBox plc, where he is responsible for the overall leadership of the business and the formulation and implementation of the company’s overall strategy. He joined Tritax in November 2020 as Director of Investment Strategy responsible for providing strategic advice across Tritax’s investment products. Phil began his career in 1990 in the Industrial Agency team of King Sturge (now JLL). In 1995, he joined SEGRO plc where he held a number of senior positions before being appointed Chief Investment Officer in November 2011, subsequently joining the SEGRO plc Board as an Executive Director in 2013. Phil was responsible for SEGRO’s investment strategy, capital allocation and managing all investment acquisitions and disposals, playing an integral role in the company’s repositioning and growth.
