Paul Hohenstatt joined Prop.com as Chief Investment Officer in June 2025 from aam2core Holding AG where he held the position of Director Investments.
Prop.com is an investment manager active in the real estate sector, focused on digitalization and based on a vertically integrated platform that takes advantage of modern technology to unlock the true value of real estate markets. It thereby leverages global investment expertise, ESG alignment, and digital infrastructure to deliver sustainable and scalable investment solutions

• €1.5bn in residential and micro-living assets transacted across Germany and wider Europe 6,800 residential units (€420m AuM) acquired in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, for PE client
• €600M Investment mandate led for institutional micro-living platform of BVK at aam2core
• Acquired majority of the former Youniq portfolio at Corestate and took it over at aam2core and created the new platform die Zimmerei at aam2core together with Reos. The platform contains 3,600 micro-iving units across the DACH region
