Patrick Meutermans

Patrick Meutermans is Head of Belgium and The Netherlands, based in Belgium. In his capacity, Patrick is responsible for spearheading the development of AEW Europe’s business in Belgium and the Netherlands as well as the management of its portfolio of existing Dutch and Belgian assets. Prior to joining AEW Europe, Patrick was Country Manager, member of the European Management and Retail Boards of CBRE Global Investors. Patrick has over 15 years’ real estate experience. Prior to CBRE Global Investors, Patrick was asset, transaction, portfolio and project manager at various real estate companies including ING Real Estate, Heijmans Vastgoed and Mevo. Patrick is member of BIV/IPI, he is a board member of the Belgium Real Estate Society, holds a BREEAM licence and has been a RICS member and assessor since 2007. He holds a Master’s Degree in Constructional Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Antwerp.
