Pálmi Randversson

Pálmi Freyr Randversson is an Icelandic urban planner and development specialist, renowned for his contributions to the transformation of Keflavík International Airport and its surrounding area.

Prior to his role at Kadeco, Pálmi held various leadership positions at Isavia, the Icelandic airport operator, as well as for the City of Reykjavik. His experience within the aviation industry provided him with a unique perspective on airport-centric development and the challenges and opportunities associated with it.

As Managing Director of Kadeco, Pálmi oversees the ambitious development of the vast expanse of land surrounding Keflavík International Airport. Kadeco’s main objective is to transform this area into a thriving hub of commerce, innovation, and sustainable living.

Pálmi has played a pivotal role in developing sustainable and integrated urban environments that balance economic growth with environmental protection. He is committed to community involvement and recognises the importance of input from local residents and stakeholders in the planning and development process.
