Otis Spencer joined P3 as CIO in May 2018. Prior to that, Spencer was President of Peakside Polonia Management, an independent, owner-operator real estate investment manager and entrepreneur group. Between 2012 – 2013, he acted as Managing Director of KSP Real Estate Investment Management, responsible for establishing a real estate investment management platform focused on core CEE markets. Spencer spent 7 years as Managing Director of Heitman International. He earned his Masters in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam, and his MBA from UC Berkeley.

P3 is a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties in Europe, 100% owned by GIC, the sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Singapore.
