Olivier Mege

Olivier joined IPD in 2011, having previously worked for more than ten years in the Japanese real estate investment business.  Most recently, he held the position of National Director of Research and Strategy for LaSalle Investment Management in Tokyo, and prior to that worked as an investment manager for Nomura Real Estate Investment Management.  Olivier has a Certified Master qualification in Real Estate Securitization from ARES, the Japanese Association for Real Estate Securitization. He is a graduate of the French Engineering Grandes Ecoles and also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics and Management from CNAM, the French National Graduate Center of Engineering and Manufacturing.  In addition to his native French, he is a fluent speaker of English, Spanish and Japanese.
