Norbert Rolf

Norbert Rolf has more than 20 years of experience in the property industry. He is a chartered surveyor, property consultant (ebs) and a member of the Audit Committee of the RICS and IREBS. He also holds positions on various advisory boards and expert councils.
Previously, Norbert Rolf served in a variety of senior positions at CORESTATE Group, Switzerland, at GE Real Estate, at HPE Group and the Deutsche Bank Group, at last as managing director.
With a fee volume of around € 25 million p.a. and around 230 employees, STRABAG Property and Facility Services is one of the top three players on the property management market in Germany.
It focuses on the management of commercial and residential property portfolios of German and international institutional investors, fund managers and banks.
