Nils Hübener

Having completed studies in Urban and Regional Planning in Berlin and Oxford and then a master in European Property Development at UCL in London, Nils Hübener started his career in Real Estate with the Berlin based company IBI Real Estate as Acquisition Manager. He then moved on to work for IBI in London and later in Paris, heading the small branches of IBI in the respective cities. Back to Germany he continues his career with Deutsche Bank Real Estate as Vice President for International Acquisitions covering mainly the UK and US markets. He then he moved to a new challenge as Head of Real Estate Transactions Western and Southern Europe in the same company. Since 2006 Nils Hübener has been the Head of Real Estate Investments for SEB Investment GmbH, a subsidiary of SEB – one of the biggest Swedish Banks.
