Current Responsibilities
Nick is a European logistics sector specialist within the European Capital Markets team based in London. Nick manages large & multi jurisdiction portfolio transactions on behalf of a range of Global clients within the European market. His role includes close collaboration with in country logistics capital markets teams on industrial & logistics mandates offering clients an international platform. From London Nick is responsible for managing a number of international client relationships which has involved leading a number of major large single-country and cross-border transactions in the sector.
In his 27 year career to date Nick has spent approximately 10 years working outside the UK in mainland Europe, including Germany and Central Europe. Nick joined JLL in January 2015 from C&W where he led the European Logistics Capital Markets business.

Co-ordination of International marketing for sale of German core + logistics portfolio totalling 250,000m² (2016)
Leading the international team in a sale of a core 3 country logistics portfolio totalling 120,000m² (2015)
Client relationship manager for a leading global logistics client, leading a sale at a record yield of 55,000m² DC (2015)
Managing the largest portfolio sale of the year in France of almost 300,000m² (2015)
Leading the underwriting team for an 8 country portfolio acquisition totalling approx. 450,000m² (2014)
