Nic Fox

Owned by the US Rockefeller group, a unit of Japan’s Mitsubishi, Europa is one of the most experienced real estate managers in pan-Europe. Mr. Fox joined in 2007 and heads acquisitions and asset management in Germany, France, Austria and Switzerland. He was previously director at UK-based Westbrook, and partner at Healey & Baker, now part of Cushman & Wakefield, for which he managed the Düsseldorf office from 1991 to 1996. Early posts included UK real estate agency and investment brokerage. With a BSc. honours degree in Urban Land Administration from the University of Portsmouth (England) Mr. Fox was elected as a Chartered Surveyor in May 1984.
