Monika A Debska-Pastakia, a chartered surveyor (FRICS) and a chartered town planner (MRTPI) in the UK, RICS Civil Commercial Mediator, board member of the Green Building Council in Poland, University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership Programme participant.
Monika is a senior real estate executive with over 30 years of experience in Central Europe and the UK, advising investment funds, financial institutions and HNW in commercial and residential property market segments, initially as part of PWC, followed by over 20 years dedicated to developing and managing Knight Frank in Poland. She has been focusing on the insights of property development, finance raising, investment, valuations as well as portfolio and asset management, delivering out of the box results. She is currently heading PADMO Group, private consultancy and investment group, focusing on environmental and social alignments in real estate, incorporating sustainability and circular economy into the property world, connecting human well-being with a healthy and resilient built environment.
