Michiel is Managing Director with GARBE Institutional Capital, which was launched in 2018. GARBE Institutional Capital focuses on real estate investment management beyond logistics. In 2018 Michiel opened the Amsterdam office with 500 million euros of Dutch commercial real estate assets under management. Today GARBE Institutional Capital manages pan European real estate funds in Science & Tech and Residential as well as a German grocery-anchored retail fund. Michiel has over 30 years of experience in pan European real estate, private and public, direct and indirect.
