Michael Neal

Michael Neal is Head of UK Investment, responsible for driving investment activities in the UK. Michael sits on the European & Asia-Pacific Executive Leadership Team, in addition to the European & Asia-Pacific Operating Committee. He is also Chair of the European and Asia-Pacific Investment Committee.

He has over 24 years of experience working in the real estate industry with a strong performance track record having previously managed the £1.2bn UK Retail Warehouse Fund at TH Real Estate as well as being the Fund Director for a series of UK and European balanced Funds.

Before joining the company in 2008, he was the Fund Manager for two retail focused funds at Aberdeen Property Investors with further oversight responsibilities for the retail assets held within all balanced funds. Prior to this role, Michael was an Associate Director at Hammerson responsible for retail development, investment and asset management activities.

Michael is a Member Associate of the RICS and is FCA approved. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
