Michael is responsible for overseeing and shaping the real estate research capabilities of the Dutch business both in terms of quantitative forecasts and quantitative analysis. In doing so he produces top-down regional economic studies utilised for fund strategy and bottom-up market reviews for asset selection and acquisition support.
Michael has over nine years of experience in real estate and prior to working for CBRE Global Investors he was head of research at Jones Lang LaSalle, Netherlands.
