Megan Walters
Global Head of Research , Allianz Real Estate
Dr. Megan Walters is the Global Head of Research of Allianz Real Estate. Based in London, she joined the company in November 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in global real estate. Prior to joining the company, she worked at JLL Asia Pacific where she was a member of the JLL Global Research executive team and held the position of Head of Research Asia-Pacific. Megan has a master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Reading and holds a PhD in Real Estate Economics from the University of Hong Kong. She currently serves as a global governing trustee of ULI. She sits on the ANREV management board and chairs the ANREV Investors Advisory Council.
