Martin Sabelko

Martin joined CBRE Global Investors (former ING Real Estate Investment Management) in 2005 and is in his function as Managing Director CEE, taking care of the group’s activities in CEE, as well managing two real estate funds (total $1,8 bn AUM) out of Prague. Beside this he is member of CBRE Global Investors EMEA Management Board and leading CBRE Global Investors Green Team in the EMEA region.
He has been working in the CEE region since 1986, focused on the development of office buildings and shopping centers. Before joining CBRE Global Investors, he was founding member of Immoconsult, board member of Universale and DTZ. In the late 1990’s he developed and managed a CEE property fund out of Prague.
Martin is founding member of ACSC (1992), founding member of IFWK (2009), member of the Scientific Advisory Board at the Danube University Austria for Real Estate (2001) and member at Board of Directors at the Green Rating Alliance (2013).
Martin was born 1960 in Austria and holds a doctoral degree in law. He is married having three children.
