Martin Polak

Martin Polák is Managing Director at GARBE Industrial Real Estate CEE (Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia) and has almost 20 years of real estate experience.

Before he joined GARBE in 2020 he was working at the logistics real estate expert Prologis for more than twelve years, managed a team of 80 employees there. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Regional Head for Central and Eastern Europe, managing all of the company’s activities in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. Polák graduated from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava as a civil engineer with a degree in economics and construction industry management.
