Martin Braun

Dr. Martin Braun is a founding partner of Nexus Capital Advisors. His focus is on advising national and international investors in the context of large-volume real estate transactions, structuring financing and joint ventures as well as advising on the real estate capital market. Between 2003 and 2013, Dr. Braun worked at Cushman & Wakefield, a leading international real estate consulting firm, where he built up the German investment departments and was responsible for the capital markets and valuation business in Germany. In 2007, he became one of the youngest equity partners in Europe. Martin Braun began his professional career at a consulting firm in Munich. There he advised financial service providers such as banks and insurance companies on strategy and risk management issues. Martin Braun holds a degree in chemistry.
