Marco Casasole

Marco joined CMS Italy in 2000 and became a partner in 2003.
He heads the Real Estate & Construction practice of CMS in Italy and is a member of the wider CMS Real Estate & Construction Practice Area Group. He is also the current head of the CMS Hotel & Leisure Sector Group.
As part of his practice, he advises a variety of national and international clients, ranging from institutional investors to family offices, in connection with real estate investments and disposals for a wide range of properties, including offices, retail, logistic and hotels. He also regularly acts for both owners and occupiers in relation to leases for various types of properties.
Along with his real estate work, Marco also regularly advises on M&A transactions and other corporate matters.
Marco is a qualified Italian lawyer and member of the Bar of Rome. He holds a degree in law from the University of Parma and undertook post-graduate studies in international trade law at the International Training Centre of UN agency ILO.
