Manuel Giménez

Manuel Giménez Rasero, J.D., specialized in Business Administration at ICADE and in Political Science (UA, Madrid). He holds a law degree with a focus on International Studies (LL.M., New York University School of Law). His experience combines legal, economic, and public policy expertise, with executive experience in both the private and institutional sectors.

From 2021 to January 2025, Manuel served as Executive Director at Spain DC (the Spanish Data Center Association), where he contributed to positioning Spain as a strategic hub for data traffic between Europe, Africa, and the Americas. He is currently Executive Director for EMEA and Latin America at ACS Digital & Energy. In his current role, he is responsible for coordinating the group’s strategic engagement in digital infrastructure: developing, marketing, and operating high-performance data centers to support the exponential growth of cloud computing, AI, and digital services.
