Manfredi is majority shareholder and CEO of COIMA SGR after having founded the company, together with Hines in 2007 and acquired the control in 2015. He is founder and CEO of COIMA RES.
Manfredi joined Hines in 2001 and led all Italian operations, including the requalification project in Milan, Porta Nuova, known to be one of the largest mixed-use urban regeneration projects in Europe. Before Hines, he worked as Director and board member of J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management and prior to that he worked in investments for the Caisse Centrale des Banques Populaires, the Hong Kong Shangai Banking Corporation in Paris and Heitman in Chicago.
Manfredi covered the role as President of ULI from 2004 until 2007 and is currently President of the Fondazione Riccardo Catella.
Manfredi has a degree in Economics from Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University in Milan and he graduated at Master in Urban Planning and Real Estate at Politecnico in Turin.
He has also a degree in Advanced Management at London Business School.
