In 2011 Leo started at APG Asset Management and prior to joining Leo worked at Goldman Sachs and DTZ. At APG, Leo is responsible for managing existing private real estate investments as well as sourcing and executing on new opportunities across Europe in residential, student housing, retail and offices. Over the past 9 years Leo has gained experience in markets like the UK, the Netherlands, Iberia and Ireland.
Currently he is managing more than € 1.2 billion of APG equity in Pan-European student housing, Dublin residential and Iberian shopping centres. The investments include both standing assets as well as development projects. In his capacity as a representative of APG, Leo sits on various boards, investment / advisory committees of the portfolio investments.
