Laurien van Wieringen

As Director of Investment and Asset Management Laurien is responsible for acquisitions and management of M&G’s Dutch portfolio across the various sectors. Since joining M&G Real Estate Laurien has contributed to the increase of assets in the M&G Dutch portfolio.  Laurien has a broad real estate experience working for various international real estate investment firms. Before joining M&G Real Estate, she worked for Rockspring  both in Madrid, as an asset manager on the Iberian portfolio, and  later opening Rockspring’s Amsterdam office. For Rockspring Netherlands, she was responsible for the acquisition,  sales, and  development of various logistics, office and retail assets. Previous roles include APG investments , as a member of the indirect real estate team and working for  property investment firm IBUS  as an asset manager overseeing their Paris’ office portfolio.
