Klaas Bosma is the Chief Revenue Officer at Planon Real Estate and chair of RICS Benelux. He helps real estate organisations improve decision-making through better data, governance, and portfolio insights.
With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Klaas has worked with investors, asset managers, developers, and corporate real estate organisations to address complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges. Prior to joining Planon Real Estate, he held leadership roles at Reasult, CBRE Netherlands, and Twynstra Gudde, advising clients on portfolio strategies, investment decisions, and organisational transformation.
Drawing on his experience across both consultancy and technology, Klaas brings a practical perspective on how organisations can navigate market uncertainty, strengthen decision-making and build more resilient real estate portfolios.
