Keith Evans

Keith Evans is Vice President of Hotel Acquisitions, where he is responsible for hotel sector investments across Europe. Hotel investments include corporate or asset acquisition, JV, non-performing loan portfolios and senior/mezzanine debt origination. He has significant cross border experience around the globe in hotel acquisitions, development, asset management, fund raising and divestments. Starwood Capital is a leading private equity firm with a strong focus on global real estate. Hotel sector investments make up a significant component of its overall $42 billion AUM.

Previous to joining Starwood Capital Group, he worked as Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions for Kingdom Hotel Investment (KHI), a global hotel real estate investment and development company focused on emerging markets, whose hotels are operated by its affiliate management companies Four Seasons, Fairmont, Raffles and Movenpick. While at KHI, he was responsible for leading its joint venture and disposition initiatives in Asia, Middle East and Africa. Formerly, he worked at Invesco Real Estate (IRE) where he focused on European hotel investments and asset management. While at IRE, he contributed to the acquisition and debt financing of ca. $1.2bn multi-branded portfolio of 22 hotels across 9 countries, as well as the successful launch of its 2nd hotel fund.

During his 11 years of experience in the hotel sector, he also held roles in operations management with Four Seasons in the US and hotel investment advisory in Spain.

Keith holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
