Katja Gramatte

Since 01 January 2023, Katja Gramatte has been Head Of Real Estate Financing for BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) Germany. She is responsible for the pan-European financing business of the German and Luxembourg investment vehicles managed by REIM. In addition, she is a executive in the European Group context in the strategic development of the company into Europe’s leading innovative investment manager with a particular focus on ESG requirements.

Prior to this, she worked for another investment manager, where she was responsible for loans in Europe, North and South America.

Katja Gramatte has built her foundation in almost 20 years of expertise as a banker in the international commercial property financing business. She has managed various markets and client groups, worked in the USA during the the financial crisis and managed a syndication desk.

She completed her training as a bank clerk at the Frankfurt School to become a bank business economist and graduated as a Certified Real Estate Real Estate Investment Advisor at the European Business School – Real Estate Management Institute.
