As Investment Manager at SEGRO, Katarzyna Kotkowska is involved, inter alia, in acquisition processes in the region of Central Europe since January 2020.
Katarzyna Kotkowska has been involved in the real estate market for more than 15 years. She gained professional experience in the industry in consulting companies such as Savills or Cushman & Wakefield, where she worked in the Valuation and Advisory Department. She has a property appraiser license and is also a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
Katarzyna Kotkowska is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics. In turn, at the University of Warsaw, she completed postgraduate studies in real estate appraisal. She also studied at the College of Estate Management at the University of Reading.
