Karolina Sulma- director of the legal department at Skanska’s office unit is responsible for the legal team which coordinates the process of land parcel purchases, development of office projects and real estate sales transactions as well as provides support during negotiations conducted with tenants.
In Skanska Commercial Development Europe Karolina provides support for the transaction department throughout the CEE region, on the markets in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary.
Karolina joined the firm’s legal department in June 2013. In 2015, she was appointed Transaction Manager of the Legal Department at Skanska Property Poland.
Karolina graduated from law studies at Jagiellonian University. She also completed post-graduate studies in banking and is an alumnus of the American Law School at Jagiellonian University. She completed her attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Karolina has gained experience in her field by working at a number of renowned legal firms.
