Judith Tillie

Judith Tillie has extensive experience in the housing association industry, particularly in senior and healthcare real estate. Currently, she holds the position of Manager of Real Estate Management, overseeing three teams: asset management, acquisition & disposition, and real estate analysis. She is responsible for the financial and social performance of the real estate portfolio at Woonzorg Nederland. The main focus of her role is the transformation of our current real estate portfolio, valued at approximately EUR 6 billion, into sustainable housing and living communities where seniors can age well and thrive. Additionally, a significant emphasis is placed on expanding the real estate portfolio through new construction and the acquisition of existing properties.
