Josh Spencer
Sustainability Transformation Manager, BNP Paribas Real Estate
Josh has a background in engineering, 6 years’ experience principally in the built environment and has received education from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership. Josh joined in September 2021 in a strategic and client-facing capacity to originally work with Nuveen, however, this quickly grew to include other clients such as CCLA and AXA. Since joining, Josh has been collaborating and leading on innovative and diverse projects which span an asset’s lifecycle and sustainability; from operational net-zero buildings and their supply chain, to circular design during redevelopment and social value at operation and acquisition.
