Jonathan Hull

Jonathan Hull is a Managing Director of CBRE’s EMEA Capital Markets. Jonathan is also a member of the Global Management Team for Capital Markets.
Jonathan is responsible for the co-ordination of the group’s Capital Markets activities in Europe, specialising in advising clients on cross-border transactions and the disposal or acquisition of individual assets or real estate portfolios within the region.
In the past year, Jonathan has been engaged in the sale and acquisition of some of the most important European assets including the Opera Tower in Frankfurt and Horizon Plaza in Poland.
During 2011 CBRE traded €13.3 billion and has market leading Capital Markets teams in all major countries across Europe.
