Jim Wright

Jim Wright joined Miton Group in January 2017 and launched what is now the Premier Miton Global Infrastructure Income Fund in March 2017.  In December 2020, this fund won the Investment Week 2020 award for Best Specialist Infrastructure and Utilities Fund.  Following the merger of Miton Group and Premier Asset Management in November 2019 to create Premier Miton Investors, Jim also took over the management of the Premier Global Infrastructure Income Fund in May 2020.  Jim is a highly experienced infrastructure investor, having managed the infrastructure portfolio of the British Steel Pension fund for 10 years before joining Miton Group, and has over 20 years’ experience in equity markets.  He has Masters degrees from Cambridge University and the University of St Andrews, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
