Jeroen Smit

Jeroen Smit is Managing Director, Benelux, responsible for the day to day management and operation of Logicor’s platform in the Netherlands. In the interim Mr. Smit is overseeing Logicor’s operations in Southern Europe. Prior to joining Logicor in October 2013 Mr. Smit was a founding partner at Industrial Real Estate Partners, a real estate advisory and asset management company specializing in the logistics and distribution properties in the Netherlands. Between 2007 and 2011 Mr. Smit was with AMB Property Corporation, initially as Director of Asset Management, Europe and the last two years at General Manager, UK & Benelux. Prior to this Mr. Smit was a Portfolio Manager at Redevco (2003-2006) and Corporate Real Estate Manager at Verizon/MCI Worldcom (1997-2003). Mr. Smit holds a masters degree in real estate from Tias Nimbas Business School.
