Jennifer is a founder and CEO of JD Solutions Group, a sales coaching, training and consulting firm supporting senior living sales professionals, operators and investors.

Jennifer is an executive sales leader who has personally trained over 1,500 professionals and coached 360 communities to improved occupancy, revenue, and NOI performance in the senior living space. Before starting her own company, Jennifer served in several senior living executive leadership roles focused on senior living sales, training, operations, and technology.
