Jennet Siebrits

Jennet is Head of Residential Research overseeing all residential analysis, research, consultancy and publications. She has acted as a consultant for a large number of public and private sector clients, undertaking a variety of bespoke projects.

Jennet is a well regarded economist with specialist expertise in the housing and mortgage markets. She joined CBRE in 2005 from the Council of Mortgage Lenders, where she was the Senior Economist. Prior to the CML Jennet was the economist at Nationwide Building Society.

She produces a wide range of market-facing ‘thought leadership’ research papers, offering analysis and comment on trends covering all aspects of the UK residential property market. Jennet also undertakes a wide range of bespoke reports for clients, offering in-depth analysis of local and national market conditions, typically to enhance understanding of development viability and investment potential of particular projects.
