Jeff Alson

Jeff is an International Partner and Head of Capital Market CEE at Cushman & Wakefield. Jeff is responsible for originating, leading and supervising transactions and ca 30 Capital Market professionals in the region.  He sits on various executive committee’s in CEE. Jeff has been active in the real estate market since 1998 and active in Poland since 2003 having worked as both principle and advisor. He joined Cushman & Wakefield almost 2016 having had previous roles with Orco Property Group (now CPI), 3CREIM (now Bluehouse Capital) and CBRE.

Most recently Jeff lead significant transactions including representing GLP in their ca 1bn acquisition of Goodman in CEE and Crestyl in securing a forward exit of their first institutional PRS project in CEE. Jeff is currently actively marketing the highest profile office and industrial real estate in Poland , including equity funding development projects of over 1million sqm across multiple transactions.
