Javier Kindelan

President Valuation and Advisory Services, CBRE Valuation Advisory, S.A.

Javier Kindelan is President of CBRE Valuation Advisory, S.A. since October 2011. He joined the CBRE Capital Markets department in April 2005 as Director of Industrial Investments. In 2007 he was appointed Director of Institutional Investments and in 2008 became the National Director of the same department.

During his career in CBRE, Javier Kindelan has participated in and coordinated various projects including; valuation of SAREB ( Bad Bank) with over 192,000 assets, Valuation of Santander RE Fund FII with over 22,000 assets, project Cristal, in which he managed the sale of the Santander property fund FII; project Árbol, in which he participated in the process of selling 948 branches and regional headquarters of BBVA and was the biggest transaction in 2009 in Spain and one of the biggest in EMEA; project Brick, in which he coordinated the process of sale and leaseback of Santander Bank assets, with a value of €4,400 million and for which he received a Euromoney award for best transaction of 2008.

Javier Kindelan started his professional career in Grupo Infinorsa in 1999, marketing their assets and participating in the acquisition and sale of their investments funds.

In 2001, Javier worked for Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for the investment department, specifically offices and industrial sectors.
