Jaroslaw Wnuk
Head of Capital Transactions for Central and Eastern Europe, Goodman, Poland
Jarosław Wnuk oversees Goodman’s capital transaction in the CEE region. He is responsible for coordinating Goodman European Partnership (GEP) acquisitions from GMG, leading any asset sales to external investors and actively monitoring the market with respect to any new external acquisitions on behalf of GEP.
Jarosław has an extensive 15 years of experience in the property sector. Before moving to Goodman, he headed the investment department at King Sturge in Poland. As Director of Investment and Development he advised national and international investors on acquisitions and disposals of commercial buildings in Poland. He co-operated with such clients like Aviva Investors, DEGI / Aberdeen, Dawnay Day, Raiffeisen Evolution, Raiffeisen Capital Management.
He has a Masters in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). In 2004 he attended a Property Investment course at the College of Estate Management in Reading, in the United Kingdom.
