Head of Tenant Relationship Management Logistics, Deka Immobilien GmbH
As Head of Tenant Relationship Management for Logistics, Jan van den Hogan, is responsible for keeping up with the interests of the logistics tenants in the portfolios of the various Deka funds (listed/non-listed). Supporting various internal Deka departments regarding portfolio- and asset management, acquisitions/disposals etc. Being lead generator for interested parties (end users, 3PL, investors, agents etc.) with respect to investments or lease of logistics spaces.
Jan joined Deka in 2008 as the General Manager for Asset Management in the Netherlands becoming Head of Tenant Relationship Management Logistics in 2014.
Jan is also a part-time course leader/senior lecturer at the Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Deventer (Netherlands) and responsible for the Strategic Building Management module in the MSC (Master of Science) course FREM (Facility & Real Estate Management) and provides Real Estate Management Masterclasses for a variety of academic institutes, amongst others the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.Course Leader/Lecturer MSc FREM (Facility- & Real Estate Manager) at Saxion University of Applied Sciences
