Jan is a co-founder and Head of Business Development at Spaceflow, a plug & play tenant experience platform and community engagement service that help landlords to attract and retain top tenants and raise profits. The company founded in 2016, has spread to 10 markets around the world with a footprint on both sides of the Atlantic. In that timeframe, tenant experience has become a buzzword with a lot of industry attention.
Spaceflow’s clients include Allianz, CA Immo or Erste and the app is launched in projects comprising 30+ M square feet. In August 2019 Spaceflow announced £1.4 million funding round led by Credo Ventures.
