Jamie Olley joined Avison Young in September 2019 as Principal in the Central London Investment team.
Highly experienced real estate professional with over 20 years’ experience in the Central London Market. Jamie has a successful track record advising domestic and
overseas investors on the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate, as well as providing strategic portfolio advice to major landowners, investors and
occupiers.
Jamie was previously Director of Central London International Investment at Savills and also led the City of London Investment team at Deloitte. He has advised on many notable transactions including the sale of 30 St Mary Axe (the Gherkin), 33 King William Street, and the Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity’s strategic acquisition of Becket House, Waterloo.
