Jack Rentiera
Director of Living Concepts, ALFA Development, Denmark
Jack likes to think about all of the different ways we will live in the future.
Jack Renteria is the Director of Living Concepts at Alfa Development, and is currently rolling out Living By Alfa, an intergenerational build-to-rent community in Denmark. Prior to this, he had his own consultancy called Generation Global that worked with real estate investors and developers – implementing new living concepts into their existing portfolios or new building projects.
Jack is a Canadian/Danish dual citizen, previous Partner and Director of Business Development at the Danish architecture studio, 3XN. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The University of Waterloo in Canada; and a Master’s Degree in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics. He is also the Co-Chair of the Living Concepts Product Council at Urban Land Institute (ULI) Europe.
‘New living concepts and thinking about how we will live in the future means that we can no longer think of real estate as only ‘an asset class’ – we need to think of buildings as ‘products’ for specific demographics; reflecting on their needs, wishes and lifestyle.’
