Izabela has been involved in the commercial real estate market for over 12 years as an advisor in the area of sustainable development.

A qualified LEED AP ID+C with experience in the certification of office interiors of new and existing buildings, Izabela also has experience in the area of investment verification in terms of environmental pollution and the preparation of Environmental Due Diligence.

A qualified Project Manager, at Colliers Izabela is currently responsible for:

preparing ESG strategies for assets and portfolios;
decarbonisation and CRREM paths analyses;
advisory during transaction – measuring ESG impact on value;
examination of compliance with the EU Taxonomy and other directives in the field of sustainable investment finance;
advising and coordinating the transformation of portfolios and single assets on ESG;
preparation of reports on climate risks and transformation;
carbon footprint calculation (embodied and operational);
marketing ESG: reports, trainings, webinars, conferences;
building ESG awareness within the organization.
