Hilke Nijmeijer

Hilke Nijmeijer is Portfolio Manager of the CBRE European Residential Strategy at CBRE Investment Management, the real estate investment management affiliate of CBRE (NYSE:CBG). Ms. Nijmeijer is responsible for the portfolio strategy, acquisition of the residential assets and set-up of a pan European residential approach.

Ms. Nijmeijer started her career in 2005 as management trainee of ING Real Estate and worked on several projects within ING Real Estate Development, ING Real Estate Finance and ING Real Estate Investment Management. Afterwards she worked as Asset Manager for the Dutch Residential Fund of CBRE Global Investors (then ING Real Estate Investment Management) during four years. In the period from 2011-2018 she worked as retail asset manager and later on as Head of Asset Management for the Dutch retail organization. She is now active in her new role as Portfolio Manager for a new fund initiative focusing on pan European residential impact investments.

Ms. Nijmeijer earned a Master of Science title (cum laude) in Real Estate Management and Development at Eindhoven University and earned her IPF Diploma at the Investment Education Programme offered by IPF and Cambridge University (UK). Furthermore she is member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Residential Council of ULI Europe.
