Herculano has over 10 years’ experience working within retail and consumer consultancy. Working with clients including Kempen, Redevco, Walmart, Burger King and Nestle, his work has helped develop commercial insights to inform marketing, sales and strategic planning. Currently an Associate Partner with CACI, he is responsible for the organisation’s international expansion. As a leading research consultancy, CACI advises international retail and property clients on real estate strategy to optimise returns on investment. CACI’s retail property clients collectively have over 15 million square metres under their management.
